-Please arrive a few minutes early. -Come in stretchy or loose clothing and wear fresh grip socks. -Be sure to fill out the liability waiver before your first stretch. -*You're welcome to reschedule your appointment without incurring any penalties as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice. However, any cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in being charged the full payment.
